งาน IoT ส่วนใหญ่มี device และ backend พร้อมแล้ว แต่ติดที่คำถามเดียวกัน: "ข้อมูลมาแล้ว จะทำ App ให้ลูกค้าใช้ยังไง?" System Integrator ต้องสร้าง dashboard/control UI ซ้ำในทุกโปรเจกต์ Hardware company ขนาดเล็กไม่มีทีม iOS/Android/Frontend ผลคือ customer-facing app ที่ควรเป็นจุดขาย กลับกลายเป็นต้นทุนที่สูงที่สุดของโปรเจกต์
